What XA Offers:

Group Fitness

You will work with a certified trainer/coach in a class of 1-15 people, with no more than 3 people at a station at a time.

Your coach will teach you form and, using our detailed tracking system, you will know exactly how much weight you should be using in any of our resistance based exercises as well as how many reps and sets you should be achieving.

Personal Training

Work 1 on 1 with me as we customize your fitness and nutrition program and experience incredible results. I’m an industry leader in personal training with 14 years of experience and having worked with over 1000 clients.

Whether your goal be fitness based or performance based I guarantee you will see results or I will issue you a full refund.

Nutrition

Work with our certified nutritionists who will tell you exactly how many calories to eat and give you a customized calorie & macronutrient breakdown based on YOUR specific goals.
