WELCOME TO XATHLETES - EDGE

The world of youth athletics continues to become more and more competitive.  Many parents are looking for ways to give their young athlete the Edge on their competition.  Sports science shows that proper physiological training outside of just skills training provides the greatest opportunity to separate your young athlete from the competition.

In the Edge program, your athlete will learn how to resistance train safely and effectively.  Develop stability, strength and power at a young age.  Increase foot-speed, agility and coordination.  All while having fun in a small group setting doing it.

We are rolling out new classes for fall of 2025.  Grab a spot for your young athlete while they last, spots are limited.
