XA - GROUP FITNESS

Join our supportive community and explore our three dynamic group fitness services: XA WEIGHTS, XA HIIT, and XA YOGA. With intentionally smaller class sizes, our coaches are able to provide more attention and a higher quality of coaching to our members.

 

XA WEIGHTS - Emphasizes the foundations of movement and resistance training, incorporating advanced techniques for those seeking a greater challenge.

 

XA HIIT - Emphasizes high energy classes with even higher calorie burn.  We will incorporate multiple variations such as Tabata, EMOM and AMRAP to ensure you get your heart pumping during these workouts.

 

XA YOGA - provides a dramatic contrast to the other classes and places you in a relaxed environment with a true industry expert.  You will deepen your practice, improve your focus and flexibility, and alleviate the many stresses you walked in the door with during these dynamic sessions.
